Matrix: How can I remotely release a telephone line from a V-Panel?

If an inbound telephone caller accidentally forgets to hang up a call the Eclipse V-Panel can remotely hang up the call in order to free up the telephone line for other outbound or inbound callers.  This option is called "Telephone Release".  In order to access it from a V-Series panel the user must enable the option in ECS matrix hardware for the specific panel selected, look in the advanced settings column / panel options / remote line release set to "true" check mark.
In order to hang up the telephone line perform the following procedure:
1.  Press the V-Panel "Menu" button to access the menu options.
2.  Select the "DIAGNOSTIC" menu to access the available menu options (blue outlined menu)
3.  Press the "TEL RELEAS" button (red outlined item), this will revert the panel back to the DAK / Key (direct access keys) page.
4.  Press the key associated with the TEL-14 interface and this will cause the line to hang up / release.
