Matrix: ECS 5.2 Panel key latch disable options

Question:  I need help with latch disable local/global options in ECS 5.2, what is the difference between these two options?

Answer:
1.)  The Global settings for panels found in the Cards and Ports --> Advanced Settings affect Panels / Labels on a global basis.  For the Latch Disable option setting this option to TRUE (check mark) will latch disable the selected panel's label on any panel that it appears on.  This also applies to Fixed Group and Party-line labels where the latch disable option is selected in their respective menus.
2.)  The Local Advanced settings screen Latch Disable option allows the user to latch disable specific keys on a specific panel.  In this way a specific key label on a selected panel can be latch disabled while the same label on another panel can retain it's latch capability.
This function can also be accessed from the panel programming menu by:
a.) selecting a panel
b.) perform a right mouse click on the desired label on the panel
c.) from the drop down list select "Local Advanced Latch Disable" and select either the ON or OFF option
