Wireless: FreeSpeak basestation Problem connecting to MMX24 - Matrix+3

We got a customer who is connecting aFreespeak10 unit to a MMX-24 via 4-wire. If he connects the FreeSpeak basestation 4-wire 1 to theMMx he can see in PGMWin that the port is toggling between Tel-12 and Tel-14.The Port itself is a 4-wire in PGM-Software. But the interface-tab is showingtel-12 or tel-14. This is not happening with 4-wire 2, 3 and 4 of the FS-10.Only 4-wire 1 is showing this. Also when he is changing the ports..it stillremains on 4-wire    ...Is there any known issues?


Thisproblem is mostly likely due to the data pins on the 4wire 1 and 2 ports of the FreeSpeak basestationAsk the customer to make a CAT5 cable that does not use  pins 1,2 7,8 Also in PGM-WIN the customer can use the  "hardware override" function to set the port type to direct mode
