Matrix: Are Eclipse MVX-A16 ports directly compatible to the HME DX-200 Wireless?
The HME DX-200 4-wire port is directly compatible to any Eclipse MVX-A16 port on a Median or Omega frame. On the Eclipse Pico one can use one of the available 4-wire ports (33 to 36) on this frame. This allows the use of standard CAT-5 or CAT-6 cabling from the Eclipse port to DX-200 port. The Eclipse port would be declared as a "Direct" port in ECS.
The only pairs in use in the DX-200 port are:
Pin 3 - intercom out +Pin 4 - intercom in +Pin 5 - intercom in -Pin 6 - intercom out -
Pins 1, 2, 7 & 8: no connection
The only pairs in use in the DX-200 port are:
Pin 3 - intercom out +Pin 4 - intercom in +Pin 5 - intercom in -Pin 6 - intercom out -
Pins 1, 2, 7 & 8: no connection
