Matrix: Do I need passcodes to enable the E-QUE card wireless operation in a frame?

Yes to enable CellCom/ Freespeak operation on a Eclipse Omega or Median matrix a passcode is requiredThis is ordered using the sales part # ECS/CEL The ECS/CEL features Passcode allows a 16 digit passcode to be entered into ECS (system preferences screen) which allows the licenseable options of Wireless Beltpacks to be enabled.  Passcodes to enable licenseable options are obtained from Clear-Com.  Please contact Clear-Com sales or your distributor for further information.  If the passcode is changed an apply and red reset is required to implement the change.  This passcode is unique to the frame dongle ID and cannot be transfered to another frame with a different ID number. The ECS system preferences, wireless beltpacks tab allows the system identifier to be set up and the DECT parameters for the beltpacks to be configured.  Note that in order to access the DECT configuration facility a password is required. This is available from your Clear-Com supplier. Ask for ECS-CEL. To configure the DECT frequency click on the ‘Configure’ button. The password input screen will be displayed.Enter the DECT configuration password to display the DECT configuration screen.  This is a 5 character passcode that allows the user to select the proper DECT band for the geographical area of use.  Please contact Clear-Com sales or your distributor for further information.
