The rechargeable batteries (Li-Polymer rechargeable batteries) come with the Tempest system and last for over nine hours with typical use and can be recharged from empty in less than three hours. Batteries can be charged in the BeltStation using the Mini USB wall charger or externally using the optional five bay charger. Tempest’s unique battery compartment design also allows you to use three alkaline AA batteries without the need for a sled or adapter. This is great when your rechargeable batteries are not charged and the show must go on!
