Concert: Concert Soft Panel is unable to connect to IVC-32 via external address

In order to facilitate external connectivity between a remote Concert Client Soft Panel located outside the LAN/WAN and an IVC-32 card located within a LAN/WAN, you'll need to perform a few configuration tasks within both your firewall/router and ECS/EHX.
Here is the procedure:
1) Port forward all Concert traffic from an external IP address to your Concert server located within your LAN/WAN:
Within your firewall (or router), create a port forwarding rule to port forward all incoming traffic on 6001:TCP & 6001:UDP to your Concert server from the external address.
2) Modify the IVC-32 network settings:
      a) Open ECS/EHX and Navigate to Hardware > Cards and Ports on your Delta, Median or Omega frame which the IVC-32 card is installed.
      b) Right-Click on the IVC-32 card under the Card Slot area and select Card Properties
      d) Leave the TCP/UDP Port as 6001 and enter the internal network IP Address, Subnet mask & Default gateway as appropriate for the card.
      c) Now enter the same External IP Address used in step 1)

      e) Change the External TCP/UDP Port specified from 6001 to 6002 in order to differentiate the incoming external IVC-32 traffic from the Concert traffic
      f) Click Close
3) Assign a Concert user to an IVC-32 slot
      a) Navigate to Hardware > IP Devices
      b) Click on the down arrow located within the top-left of the Concert Users section
      c) Click Edit
      d) Enter the network IP Address of the Concert server (must be reachable from the PC which ECS/EHX is running)
      e) Click the down arrow within the top-left of the IP Cards section to expand the IVC-32 slot view
      f) Drag-and-Drop a Concert User to an available IVC-32 Slot
This action immediate sends a message to the Concert server and will create an IVC-32 item in the Concert database along with the Concert User association.
      g) Click Apply Changes to Matrix
4) Replace the IVC-32 card's LAN/WAN network information with the external address
      a) Navigate to the Concert server's web-based management interface by entering the IP address or hostname of the Concert server into a browser
      b) Navigate to System > Node > [node-name] > Eclipe IVC-32
      c) Click on the [modify] link adjacent to the IVC-32 card entry
      d) Update the IP address to the external address specified in step 2e)
      e) Click Submit
5) Start the Concert Client and login to the Concert server
6) Enable Panel mode within the Concert client (Config > Intercom Mode)
7) A successful connection to the IVC-32 card will be represented by a green LED icon within the ECL section at the top-right of the panel

If you don't use the IP Devices screen, Here is the alternate procedure which you might want to add tothe case:
If the Concert server is not reachable from IP Devices, then:
