Wireless: Can I use multiple CCT-RTs across an ethernet LAN / switch?

Question: If I use 1 Tempest 2400 base-station, can I have more than one CCT-RT Remote Transceiver plugged into that single base-station via
the transceiver RJ45 connector by using a network hub or some other means?
Answer:  No, the Tempest 2400 base station is only capable of supporting one CCT-RT remote transceiver directly from the base station.  The CAT-5 cable connections from the base station out to the transceiver and back use a proprietary signal that is not compatible with ethernet LANs and or ethernet switches.  There is a 24 volt DC signal on the CAT-5 cable, digital E1 type signals and a sync pulse that make handshake connections out to the remote transceiver.  Also when the remote transceiver is being used the local antennas on the base station are not operating, this makes Tempest a single point of contact antenna system, either using the local antennas on the base station or a single remote transceiver that can be deployed out to 1500 feet from the base station.  Longer CAT-5 runs can also be supported using the remote line extender, model # CCT-RT-EX.
