IP-LQ: Does the Agent-IC-LQ require a dongle ID when requesting a license

IP-LQ: Does the Agent-IC-LQ require a dongle ID when requesting a license

When requesting an Agent IC license on an LQ unit a dongle ID is NOT needed you just need to request the license- this applies to units running LQ v4 or later

Also please note that if you require additional licenses for other LQ units and you place the order at the same time. Then CC will send you one generic TICKET ID and the different licenses will be shared.

Example if you want 6x Agent IC licenses spread across 4 units
2 units will have 2 licenses2 units will have 1 license each
Then CC will send you 1x TICKET ID covering all 6 licencesThe user then enters the same TICKET ID into the all 6 LQ unit and selects whether to apply 1 or 2 licenses per box.

Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
