Partyline: Can I use an electrec headset on a RS-600 series beltpack?
Clear-Com RS-600 series beltpacks can accept both dynamic and electrec headsets for both the main 4-pin XLR headset connector and the auxilliary 2.5mm headset connector.
The beltpacks need to be connected to V-Pack software and the correct headset type can be selected via the V-Pack software while the beltpack is powered and connected in "on-line" mode.
The beltpacks are not auto sensing regards headset microphone type.
