Partyline: Can I wire up multiple Sony NiPROS DS-560 camera CCUs directly to a MS-702 main station?

Question:  I would like to connect our Clear-Com MS-702 to our 3 Sony Nipros DS-560 CCU's. Do we need a special wire or box or can we connect directly?
Answer:  The NiPros S26 camera system DS-560 CCU has both 2-wire and 4-wire intercom connectivity. I would not recommend using the 2-wire connections on the DS-560 to connect multiple cameras to the MS-702 party-line directly, each camera 2-wire connection would load down the unbalanced 2-wire PL line to some extent, the more you add the more the PL impedance is loaded down thus reducing the audio level / quality across the entire party-line system.
To avoid this situation we recommend that you use the DS-560 4-wire input / outputs from the DB15 connectors on the DS-560, this will require the use of an Clear-Com interface model IF4w4 which provides 4 channels of individual audio conversion of the 4-wire signal to unbalanced 2-wire for the MS-702 main station and individual management of each camera’s in / out audio levels and nulling back to the MS-702. The IF4W4 interface is designed specifically to interface cameras back into a Clear-Com party-line system. You will have to make a custom cable from the DS-560 camera CCU db15 connector to the IF4W4 terminal blocks.
Clear-Com always recommends that when connecting camera CCU's from any manufacturer to our Partyline system. The best solution is to set the camera CCU into 4wire mode and convert from 4wire to 2wire using our IF4W4 interface unit (http://www.clearcom.com/product/partyline/interfaces/if4w4

Attached below is the wiring information from the DS-560 user manual.
