Matrix: How do I access the firmware report in ECS 5.1.3 software?

The ECS 5.1.3 firmware report can be accessed when the ECS 5.1.3 software has a valid configuration file open. 
To access the firmware report go to the menu bar on the right hand side and select the "Matrix Hardware" option from the Setup Eclipse section:














This will open the Matrix Hardware screen, once it is open, scroll to the bottom section of the screen to the dark blue area.  Locate the "Online Configuration" tab and click on it. 





Locate the "Firmware Report" button and click on it to open the firmware report screen. 
The firmware report will display the following parameters of the system:
  • Software Version
  • IP Address of Frame
  • Configuration name
  • Frame Cards (Processor Cards / MVX-A16 cards / E-QUE & IVC-32 cards / E-FIB cards
  • Connected Panels (ICS legacy panels / i-stations / V-Series Panels)



















This screen can be saved as a text file by clicking on the "Export To File" button.  The file can then be emailed, opened with Word pad or Note pad. 





Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
