Matrix: How do I get a TEL-14 to flash incoming call signal on my panel?

If you configure a Tel-14 port by default in-use tally and off-hook tally is set. this will flash the key on your panel ... but you will not hear any audio from the TEL-14 until you press a talk/listen for the TEL-14
If however you want an incoming call tally to appear on a specified panel then the user needs to configure a preset talk from the telephone port to the panel in the Local Advanced screen of ECS.This will create an active talk route from the telephone to your panel. You will hear the audio from the TEL-14 port straight away without having to press any keys.
