How can I purchase replacement parts for my Clear-Com equipment?



Clear-Com, an HME Company, sells many spare parts so that qualified technicians may effect repairs in their shops.  Our spare parts are sold through our network of highly trained and qualified Dealers and Distributors around the world.  They can assist you in identifying and ordering the parts you need.



A couple of notes about purchasing parts:
  1. Not all parts are individually available.  Depending on the part and the assembly, you may be required to buy a higher-level assembly to get the part you need.  Our dealers and distributors have access to the spare parts list and can identify which parts are available and which are not.
  2. Removing the cover from some products will void the Standard Factory Warranty.  You should consider the product's warranty status and the age of the equipment before undertaking a field repair.
  3. Most products with internal power supplies are UL-Certified and are not permitted to be opened outside of a Clear-Com authorized service center due to safety concerns.
  4. Most countries have agencies that regulate certain electronic equipment (the United States' FCC, for example).  To fully comply with some of those regulations, manufacturers are not permitted to sell certain internal components.  Repairs must be conducted at the factory or an authorized service center.
