HelixNet: Cannot upgrade HRM (Helixnet Remote station) using USB from V2 to V3

When I try to upgrade my HRM (Helixnet Remote station) from V2 to V3, I can see old .hnb files but not new .ccb files.
Answer: HRM cannot be upgraded from the HRM front panel USB port from V3 onwards. Therefore an HRM will not see .ccb files on a USB stick and cannot be upgraded to V3 from the USB,
The solution is to upgrade your HMS (Helixnet Main Station) from V2 to V3. The firmware will then be stored in the HMS and the HRM will be automatically upgraded when connected to the HMS.
Additionally, note that there is no longer an upgrade option in the software section of the HRM menu.
