Matrix: Get error message "5461 Max Local Advanced limit reached"

Question:  Getting an error message when I download a configuration change to my EHX frame, it says "5461 Max
local advanced limit reached".  Can you explain what this means?
Answer:  Based on the diagnostics file the configuration is overloaded with global latch disables / local latch disables
on all the ports.  Some will need to be removed in order for the map to download.  In EHX there are limits for some
special functions as shown in the chart below:













GPSFs (General Purpose Special Function) are used for controls, in the local advanced menus and for IFBs. 
The screen shot below shows the resource chart which is indicating that a large number of GPSFs in use in the local
advanced menu, specifically in the local latch disable tab.
