Helixnet: Can I link Helixnet basestations together?
Helixnet: Can I link Helixnet basestations together?
- May I knowhow many HelixNet bases can we link at the same time?
- And when welink many, will we have more channels or what?
- And if wehave more channels, will the beltpack be accessible to all channels?
Answer:
- We can currently link a maximum of 3 Helixnet base stations together (using the IP/ Ethernet or Fiber Modules)
- By linking 3 base stations we can achieve 12 separate channels across the whole linked set (the 4 channels from each base station are shared across the whole linked set)
- Any beltpack can access any of the 12 channels
- If any of the channels same the exact same name they are combined together to make a single channel (i.e. Channel A on two separate bases would be combined to form a single Channel A)
