Can I daisy-chain or cascade 4-wire audio ports?

It is not recommended as cascading or daisy-chaining puts extra load onto the circuit which increases cross-talk.  4-wire audio ports are supposed to be point-to-point links.  If really necessary, you can Y-split the port once, but more than that, you will need a distribution amplifier.
