Matrix: How do I access the Matrix Event Log in EHX or ECS?
The Matrix Event Log contains lots of valuable information about the content, state and health of your Eclipse Matrix System. So here’s how you get the Event Log:On the left side of the ECS or EHX SW, in the Diagnostic area on the left-hand column, select EVENT LOG.Once open, select the blue “play button” in the upper right, then select REQUEST INFOWhen that opens a new smaller window, start with the Matrix Overview (the top, default selection).Hit SEND in the lower right and it will spit out some information that may be somewhat understandable (mostly Engineering-Speak). You can then export that file, or go to the HISTORIC mode and select a report from and to a specific time and date. It is important to start the log now, so it will be available when you need it.
See attached
You can also use the diagnostic zip file option (EHX only).
