Broaman: OB Van to Studio link , need 12 Video tielines and 20 Analogue line level I/O

Customer is looking for the following link between a OB Van and Studio 11x Video (SDI) from OB van to Studio 2x Video (SDI) from Studio to OB van
8x Audio in (analogue line level) from OB van to Studio
16x Audio in (analogue line level) from Studio to OB Van 4x AES I/O both ways 4x RS422 data I/O both ways 4x GPIO relays both ways 4x Ethernet ports  on both sides
no video routing is routing is required , just point to point video link

Using only ProGrid devices willrequire the following devices (4 RU per side):OB Van equipment Side 3x MUX-221x PG8-8LO-TPProvides 12x Video I/O20x Audio i/O (4 per MUX-22 using the intercom panel RJ45 connector, 8 per PG8 device)RS422 data (4 per MUX-22 using the intercom panel RJ45 connector)GPIO using MUX-22 Aux connector AES using PG8 device Ethernet ports on MUX-22 devices
Studio equipment Side 3x MUX-221x PG8-8LI-TP
Provides 12x Video I/O20x Audio I/O (4 per MUX-22 using the intercom panel RJ45 connector, 8 per PG8 device)RS422 data (4 per MUX-22 using the intercom panel RJ45 connector)GPIO using MUX-22 Aux connector AES using PG8 device Ethernet ports on MUX-22 devices

This would give them the followingcapabilities ·        12 video (up to 3G SDI) in/out ·        12 analogue audio out
·        20 analogue audio in ·        4 AES3 (2-ch each) audio out·        4 AES3 (2-ch each) audio in·        4 RS-422 send and receive·        8 GPI (via RS422)·        8 GPO (via RS422)·        10 Ethernet (total capacity 100Mbit) Some things to note·        The GPIs will be using theRS485/RS422 drivers on the MUX-22s,
·        Analogue audio is using the RJ454-wires on the MUX-22s (4 per MUX-22 unit) as well as the euro block connectors on the PG8s.·        Digital Audio is using the AES DB25connectors on the PG8 devices (all TP devices have that capability).·        The 10x Ethernet listed above woulduse the same 100Mbit link provided across the units connection (i.e. like a10port switch with a 100Mbit backplane). Alternatively we can connect (tunnel) a standalone Ethernet Switch via the MUX-22s . They offer offer a single 1310nm auxiliaryduplex fibre port each that can be used to interface with a fibre module in a Ethernet switch
