Helixnet: I am having problems upgrading my old Helixnet system to v3.x
I have downloaded the latest firmware from the CC website and the main station has taken the new firmware but the Helixnet beltpacks are still showing the old ver 1.xx code
Solution:
What you need to do is upgrade first to ver 2.x and have the bps on ver 2 and then upgrade again to ver 3
You cannot upgrade directly from ver 1 to ver 3
Tip :
When you put the USB stick in the main station and go to admin> software > upgrade make sure you see the file for the V3 firmware
Please make sure the USB stick is left in the mai nstation during the upgrade
Also the main station will upgrade itself first and reboot. Then it will start to upgrade the beltpacks and other devices
