Can I turn lights ON/OFF in my green room, same as if I used the wall switch, using a RLY-6 module in my matrix?

It is possible.  You need a relay with 120V/240V contacts and a low voltagecoil, like 12V AC would be good. Power that relay with a small bell transformerand connect to the N.O. contacts on the RLY-6. The lights then connect to the external relay.  Then, program a control in the matrix and assign it to any panel. Here’s a relay example:  https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/omron-electronics-inc-emc-div/G7L-1A-TUB-J-CB-AC12/Z3802-ND/1816456
