Yes, LQ interfaces can be paired in the following combinations:
LQ-2W2 to LQ-2W2 for Partyline over IP applications
LQ-4W2 to LQ-2W2 for Partyline over IP to 4wire (matrix) applications
LQ-4W2 to LQ-4W2 for 4wire or Intercom panels over IP applications
Up to six units can be linked together.  Up to 12 ports of audio can be routed through the system using customizable Virtual Party-lines / 4-wires.
