WIRELESS: FSII 1.9 and FSII 2.4 operation in same venue

A customer reported an issue using a FSII 1.9 system in a large domed arena. The issue seemed to be related to long delay spread (LDS) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delay_spread / multipath. FSII has been designed to minimize LDS in most installs. In these rare cases what options can Clear-Com provide.
Whilst it was unfortunate that theFSII 1.9Ghz system (and other similar 1.9 systems) did not work in this venue, Clear-Com was at least able to loan the customer a FSII 2.4GHz. This worked very well. A good reason why Clear-Com provide both FSII 1.9Ghz and 2.4Ghzsystems and was able to keep the customer still using a FSII system even if itwas not the 1.9Ghz system they had originally planned on using in that specificvenue. Over 90% of the time FSII 1.9GHz doesnot have any issues when deployed at different venues. We are aware of thelimitations that the FSII 1.9GHz system can have in some venues and have never madeclaims that it works perfectly under all conditions, which is why we arecontinuously working on improvements to the system in order to make it morerobust and reliable. However in the very worst cases where the FSII 1.9 system cannot be used. We can utilize our FSII 2.4 system. It offers the same seamless antenna roaming and audio clarity of the FSII 1.9 system but using the 2.4Ghz spectrum instead
