Matrix: I am not able to open a xx.ccr file using PM PRO application
Question
We for some reason cannot open a .ccr file in PM Pro. Even if Icreate a new one (to make sure the original is not corrupt we get the sameerror message. Do you have any tips as to why this may happen. BothEHX and PM Pro (8.5) are installed on the same PC. This is happening onmultiple PCs that we have tried.
SolutionIt’ll be because there is an assigned meter/monitortrying to use a non-existent soundcard – open the map on a PC with an installedsoundcard and remove all assigned monitor/meters, save and then try that fileon the given computer. Usually happens with fresh installs or virtual machinemachines.
