The EHX save diagnostics function (available from EHX v7.0 on wards)

is a one step process that collects - all the status messages stored on the EHX PC - provides a copy of the customers map- provides a copy of the matrix firmware report 
This single Zip file can then be emailed to Clear-Com Tech support to aid them help diagnose your issue
