Question: Are the RS-700 series beltpacks backwards compatible with previous RS-600 and RS-500 party-line beltpacks?
Answer: Yes, the new RS-700 series beltpacks are completely compatible with older series Clear-Com beltpacks, the RS-703 beltpack is even compatible with RTS party-line systems.
RS-701 --> Single channel beltpack using 3-pin XLR IC feed
RS-702 --> Dual channel beltpack using 6-pin XLR IC feed
RS-703 --> Dual channel beltpack using 3-pin XLR IC feed
