Each EHX software release adds new product software / hardware features with the specific release.  See notes below for a specific release information / updates:
EHX 7.0.0  (4.111.1.0) released March 2013:

  • Auto fiber card switchover

  • Pico-link intelligent linking

  • E-QUE linking and direct card split mode

  • MADI card supports intelligent linking

  • Performance improvements to map build / download

  • Clear used memory option

  • Vertical V-Series panel display

  • V-Series rotary panel additional key colors (TEL-14 and IFBs)

  • V-Series rotary panel supports concurrent intercom / assignment panel modes

  • Diagnostic upload into a zip file

  • Support for 64 bit Windows systems

  • Removed EHX-CEL passcode requirement

  • Support for V-Series / I-Station Panels only

  • Interfaces supported across Optocore Networks

  • New Cards and Ports screen - ports and properties restructured, filters and search boxes, talk / listen labels combined into 10 character box

  • Card properties prompted when a card is added to configuration

  • Added config name to left of source ports in Local Advanced Screen


EHX 7.1.0  (5.56.1.0) released May 2013:

  • Software support for 64 linked frames

  • Ability to download to multiple frames at once

  • New entity label palette in Panel Programming screen to allow for simpler key assignments with better workflow

  • Custom names for shift pages introduced

  • Improved firmware report (dip switch settings, CPLD codes displayed in report)


EHX 7.5.0  (6.38.1.0) released October 2013:

  • IVC-32 card supports trunking / directs / Intelligent Linking

  • IVC-32 card redundancy

  • 6-key V-Series

  • Improvements to system monitoring / error screens

  • Arabic font support (V-Series) / Dual Labels



EHX 7.6.0  (7.44.1.0) released August 2014:

  • Software compatible with Windows 7 and 8 only (no support for XP)

  • Freespeak II Support with diagnostics for FS II beltpacks / FS II transceivers

  • FS II pin locked menus – OTA registration / Full Menu Access

  • USB registration for Beltpack / upgrade Beltpack / Transceiver

  • Over the Air upgrade for Beltpack / Transceiver

  • E-QUE card supports Freespeak I or Freespeak II on Matrix
