Officially, Concert 2.7 does not supportany version of OSX above 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
 There are numerous issues that exist whilst trying to run Concert on any of the later OSX versions.   This is clearly stated in ourliterature, 
One step that was taken in an attempt tomore clearly state the OSX version of the client that we support is to modifythe download directory on the Clear-Com website to look like this: http://www.clearcom.com/software_download/concert/2.7.0/client/OSX-10.6/
We hope that future versions of Concert will support later Mac OS versions
