Matrix: Can I change the TCP/IP login port on a IVC-32 card

With an IVC-32 card fitted into an Eclipse Omega / Median frame the user can connect Vseries panels over an IP network. By default the Vseries IP panels log into the IVC-32 using TCP/IP port 6001. (sometimes expressed as <ip address>:6001)
At ECS V5.2 the user could change the Login IP port number from the default of 6001
There are two changes required.1) At the matrix end using ECS go to the IVC-32 card properties and edit the IP port setting. After changing the IP port setting make a download with Red or Black Reset.

2) At the panel end go into IP setup and edit the Login port setting. if the login port is only 3 numbers then type in "0xxx"
