Wireless: Slow/Delayed button response on FreeSpeak/CellCom beltpacks

If the FSBP units are showing Slow/Delayed button response on FreeSpeak/CellCom beltpacks and the fault is independent of the Beltpack firmware.
Check the following a) Is the fault happening in one area - double check cable / splitter / antennas b) Re-set the EQUE (Clear-Com Eclipse matrices ) or Hi-Que card (Drake 4000 matrices)c) Make a Dect-sync survey for the system to make sure that the antenna compensation lengths are correct.
If ALL of the above fail then the beltpack(s) need to be returned for DECT recalibration.Please contact your local Clear-Com service center.
