Matrix: Crosspoint viewer forced listen icons out of sync with local advanced FL settings in ECS

Question:  I'm looking at the ECS crosspoint map viewer and I see the half green circle indicating a forced listen in several boxes on the viewer, but I know that there are no forced listens set in ECS because I've looked at the local advanced screen forced listens tab and there are no forced listens set there. Aren't these two screens supposed to work in sync with each other?

Answer:  If an apply changes to frame download was initiated with the crosspoint map view screen active during the download the crosspoint map viewer will not show the current status of the active crosspoints in the system.  At this point the user has several options to correct this issue:
1.  Click on the "Refresh" button in the crosspoint map viewer to correct any holdover icons appearing in the map.  This will remove any forced listens that have been removed in local advanced as noted in the question above.
2.  Initiate a RED RESET download, the crosspoint map will refresh itself automatically during the download and frame reset process, a dialog box indicating "attempting to re-establish a rack connection" to the crosspoint map is in progress.  When the dialog screen disappears the crosspoint map is automatically refreshed.
3.  Simply close the crosspoint map viewer before the apply changes to frame download, once the download is completed re-open the crosspoint viewer and the crosspoints should be current.
