HelixNet can't hear from 2-wire intercom side with HLI-2W2 Interface Module

While connected to a the 2-Wire HLI-2W2 Interface Module. The Helinex could not hear any audio from the wired intercom side but the wired intercom side could  hear audio from the Helixnet. The customer had the HLI-2W2 Interface Module in slot 2. When the customer moved the 2-wire module from slot 2 to slot 1 everything started working. The customer had the HLI-2W2 Interface Module in the incorrect configured slot.
