The Clear-Com website support page shows the latestversions of software / firmware for our products.   http://www.clearcom.com/support/software-versions The versions page only shows the current version of Eclipse EHX software / firmware, the current standard version ofECS software is v5.2.4 , rack code 1.8.1.2 for config card and 1.81.3 forthe Pico.
 Current versions of ECS or EHX would need to be requested specificallyas there may be hardware differences between versions that require more thanfirmware updates (boot proms for example on the config card and use ofspecialized software programmers for certain card types).  We would needyour specific software version in use and also a firmware version report(provided you are running ECS 5.1 and later, otherwise a matrix overview reportwould be required from a ECS 5.0 or earlier frame).   If you are considering upgrading to the high speed versionof Eclipse (EHX) this would require considerable hardware / firmware updates toan Omega or Median frame requiring onsite assistance from an Clear-Comapplications engineer.  The Pico frame would need to be returned to ourAlameda Sales / Service office to be upgraded there.  The Clear-Com remotesales representative for your area can quote a price for an upgrade toEHX.
