Question: How to disable menu access on the HKB-2X
Answer: Helixnet 3.0 Browser Based Software using ( CCM ) Core Configuration ManagerGo to ( Roles ) under the speaker station tab click on the ( HKB Default ) tab then select the (Station) tab, click on ( Menu Access ) this allows you to enable or disable menu access, changes should take immediately on the unit, However if this does not work, you have to clone the ( HKB Default ) in order for it to accept the changes.
