Matrix: Can I disable the shift page feature on V-Series panels?

Question:  Can the shift page function on V-Series panels be disabled locally or via ECS?
Answer:  Momentarily pressing and releasing the shift page button toggles between the main page and the currently selected shift page. Pressing and holding the shift page button for more than 500ms changes the panel into shift page mode and displays the shift page menu on the display.  The red indicator LED will light to show that shift page mode is on. Shift pages can then be selected and displayed on the main panel. 
Shift pages are only available on mains panels, not expansion panels. 
These functions cannot be disabled locally at the panel or via ECS programming software.
