Partyline: Can I use the WP-2 wall plate for a single PL Channel?

Question:  In your product literature the WP-2 is described as a 2 channel switchable PL wall plate with a 3-pin XLR jack.  Can it be used for just a single PL channel?
Answer:  Yes, the WP-2 wall plate can support a single PL channel, simply bypass the channel A/B switch to accomplish this.  To avoid confusion the toggle switch can be removed.  The WP-2 can support up to (2) channels of PL wired intercom by switching the intercom from channel A to B by use of the toggle switch on pin 3 of the XLR jack.
