Yes from your V-series panel you can dial into a telephone conference / bridge. Once connected you can dial the passcode including the # or * keys.
Steps:

- Manually dial out from panel as per normal (or use a speed dial)
- Once the line is connected
- if you are still in the dial mode menu then you can continue to dial the passcode number
- if the panel has exited the dial mode menu press the panel keypad #1 again and dial the telephone conference / bridge passcode number
