Matrix: EHX Server gaps in Event Log

Matrix: EHX Server gaps in Event Log

For systems running in Client-Server mode: The EHX Server PC runs a service call IIS . This allows the EHX server to allow multiple EHX clients to log in at the same time.
The actual EHX  Server PC stores the events logs for all the matrices. If you notice large gaps of time without logs in an event log, it could be due to the recycling feature of IIS. Every 29 hours IIS will cause EHX event log to stop running. It will not start running again until the user either toggles the play button or performs a NID.
To stop this from happening the Regular time intervals time should be reduced to zero. I have attached the steps necessary to do this. I have done it in Windows 8 but it is very similar/the same in Windows 7 and Windows server 2012. I have not tested on others but it should not be too far from the same routine.
