IP Voice: What hardware connections do I need to make to remote a V-Series panel using Voice 2 interfaces?

Question:  What hardware connections are required to remote out a V-Series panel from an Eclipse frame using two Voice 2 interfaces?
Answer:  You will need a high speed internet connection for the Voice 2 interfaces, a PC with internet access to program both Voice 2 interfaces and CAT-5 cables for the connections between the Eclipse frame and one Voice 2 interface and the other Voice 2 connection to the remote V-Series panel.
