HelixNet: Connecting Multiple HelixNet Main Stations HLI-ET2

If you need to network multiple (3) HMS-4X Main Stations, each with HLI-ET2s,what are your cabling options? -         Can you loop one base to the next, daisy-chainingthe three bases? If yes, cross-over or standard Ethernet cables?-         You can daisy chain Mainstations with either regular orEthernet cross-over cables (Mainstation can auto-detect either)
-         Can you use a simple hub or switch? Is there a minimum specification?-         Yes a simple hub or switch is fine. In this day andage anything you find will meet our requirements.
-         In a base-to-base connection,  does theHLI-ET2 require the cross-over cable or does it auto-sense the cable type and set upaccordingly?-          The HelixNet Modules do auto detect Ethernet cables, so there is no requirement for the crossover cable.
-          Note that HelixNet bases can also be linked via LC to LC duplex fiber, using Single Mode or Multi mode fiber. Please specify which you will be using when ordering, and if you'll need to loop through a mainstation, please make sure to order a second SFP for the loop-through base
