Matrix: How do I check the firmware version of a ICS-62 non-display panel on ECS V5.2 matrix
I have a short question about ICS-62 panel with ECS V5.1 firmware without display. Our customer wants to connect this panel to his system running ECS 5.2), but without display they can't perform and verify the update to actual version 5.2 as with display version. Do you have any recommendation about this procedure?
AnswerIf they connect the panel to the matrix (configure the port in ECS as ICS-62) Make a download and then do a firmware report.They will see the version of software for that panel
For ECS V5.2 the firmware report can be accessed by Go into the layout screenRight button click on the matrix iconSelect Firmware > Firmware report.
