Matrix: Does Matrix +3 support local latch disable and global latch disable functionality?
Clear-Com's Matrix +3 platform does support both global latch disable and local latch disable on talk keys on its panels.
This functionality is setup in the PGM-WIN software. See screen shots below for descriptions on how to set up each
function on a panel in the system.
