Wireless: How do I interface between Tempest and Helixnet using 4-Wire

Question:  Can you please assist me in resolving this issuewhich i am facing from the last few weeks regarding the 4-Wire interfacebetween Tempest and Helixnet. As per the instructions given in the Manuals ofboth system i am using 4-Wire Cross Over cable which is the same one using toconnect Eclipse frame with PC.The Cable is fine plus all the steps given inmanuals are rightly followed by me still the connection is not establishing. Please guide me through this and if you can sendme the info about steps which need to be followed, it will be more convenientfor me.
Answer: The Cable which isused for communication between Eclipse and PC is a Ethernet Crossover Cable. This will not work for 4-wire connections.
You will need a cable like this: (crossed Audio Pins) .

Note: This special AUDIO cross over cable is the can also be used for connecting A Helixnet basestation to FreeSpeak/ CellCom basestationA Helixnet basestation to DX200 or DX210 wireless basestation

If connecting a Helixnet basestation to an Eclipse Matrix then use a straight CAT5  1:1 cable
