IP Products: Can LQ-4W interfaces support both Eclipse and Matrix +3 panel connectivity?
Question: I have a Matrix +3 frame and i-stations running version 2.4.1 software / firmware and would like to remote
out a panel via IP if possible. Will your LQ IP interfaces allow connection on that platform?
Answer: Answer: Version 2 firmware and later supports Clear-Com Eclipse ECS/EHX matrix to panel connections.
Matrix+3 connections are not supported on LQ interfaces.
If you can located Voice2 interfaces they can provide remote Matrix +3 panel connections via IP.
