Concert: Can I connect my Concert Server to a Recorder and Radio interfaces

For the Concert Server system, Is there any way to connect the System to a Recorder and a Radios Interface. For this they have to use a matrix frame or other then that some other way it can be done ?
If you get the Concert-Server-4W, it comes with 8x 4-wire connections via a soundcard
(search for solution: IP Concert: Does Clear-Com provide a "Pre Built" Concert Server PC?).
This could be used to interface with a recorder. The radios would only work if they were in constant transmit (half-duplex) or can be triggered by VOX as there’s no PTT function.
Alternatively:  Yes you could loop the Concert server 4wires into a Matrix and then connect the matrix 4wire + GPIO ports to the radio if you need PTT
