Wireless: GSM repeater (in venue) interference with FSII Dect (1.9GHz) system

Following a FSII  install at a theater, Customer reported back to Clear-Com that they had someissues with interference, causing FS-users to have problems with theircommunication.
Now, 9 months later they finally found theproblem. The country's Communications Authority did some testing andfound some "alien" signals in the DECT range. It turns out it was 2ndharmonics from the GSM repeaters in the venue, and they where also transmittingat 30W instead of 20W.
They have changed the frequency in order tomove the harmonics out of the DECT frequency, and also reduced the transmittingsignal by 1.8dB.
This seems to have solved their problems and the FSII system is working perfectly. All the users are pleased with the quality and performance of the system.
