Pico doesn't reply to pings when in factory default IP
If a Pico frame is using the factory default IP (169.254.0.100) and it doesn't reply to ping requests, you need to change the IP to something else (Ex. 192.168.X.X), using the knob on the front of the unit, reset after the change and you should be able to ping the new IP and use EHX for configuration.
