IP Products: How do I upgrade LQ interface devices?

Upgrades for LQ 2-wire and 4-wire devices will be available from the Clear-Com website.

Select LQ Series link:
Download the file to a folder on your PC.  
Open a browser window on your PC and type in the IP address of the LQ device that will have its firmware upgraded.  
Navigate to Home > General> to upgrade.














The Status window will show the progress of the upgrade, when it is done the device will reset and go back into
a normal operating mode. 
From the Home / General screen the new firmware version should be visible.
Note: An LQ unit must be upgraded from the host device (the device that the browser is currently addressing).
The units cannot be upgraded by proxy.
