Wireless: Can a Tempest CP-242 beltpack with v2.10 firmware operate on a base with v3.0 or higher firmware?

In this case a v2.1.0 firmware beltpack will not operate with a main station running v3.0.0 or higher firmware.  The beltpack
will need to be connected to the code updater utility and brought up to v3.0.0 in order to pair to the base to register it and
program properly.
After upgrading the beltpack to the base station it is recommended that the user clear the memory factory default the beltpack
from the tech menus to remove any remnants of v2.x.x programming before pairing the beltpack to the base station.
